Brief Description:	Provides a permanent residence in a building located on State Street in New Haven for individuals who have experienced repeated or extended periods of homelessness and who have mental illness.
Services Offered:	Residence, case management, client groups, individual counseling, mental health referrals.
Eligibility:	Residents must be homeless, living with HIV, and have a mental illness.
