Brief Description:	Permanent subsidized housing in private apartments for homeless people who are living with HIV.
Services Offered:	Rental assistance, in-home and off-site supportive housing case management, individual counseling, and independent skill development and vocational referrals.
Eligibility:	Homeless or at-risk low-income adults (18 and older) living with HIV/AIDS; residents must be substance-free and have an income.
Application Process:	Call Liberty's admissions office and complete a phone screening.
